Location: Fitness Warehouse, 2095 St. Joseph Boul., Ottawa, ON

Competition begins at:

Morning flight will weight in at 8:00 am and lift at 10:00am Females 
Afternoon flight will weight in at 11:00am and lift at 1:00pm Males

All Guts and No Glory is a no-pulled-punches competition, covering all the action of Powerliftings roots and you will encounter Novice to Elite, Gym Rats to Fitness Freaks. The Last Chance Open will bring to life the frustrating, gut-wrenching and heart pounding experience of those who need to get a qualifying total.  Lifters will arrive at the meet only to lift and go home to prepare for the Ontario Powerlifting Association 2010 Provincials in Niagara, Ontario. In a small dungeon of Heavy Iron, Men and Women will compete to take the next step! 

This is a poignant reminder of how powerlifters fight the Heavy Iron, Battle with there minds and know it is there last chance for 2009!  Bring it on, bring on the war.  The Last Chance Open with its All Guts and No Glory attitude also debunks the myths, lies and legends of the Powerlifting.
